UPDATE: Workers have fixed the leak and water is now available in the 200, 300, and 400 buildings as of Wednesday afternoon.

Due to an unexpected water leak on the Diamond Bar High School campus discovered Monday, the water supply to the 200, 300, and 400 buildings  have been shut down, according to DBHS operations manager Doug Mefford.

The leak occurred on the northern side of the 200 building. All sinks, water fountains, and restrooms in the area have been  closed off. Additionally, the lunch lines on the lower portion of campus will only be serving baked goods, barbecue, and prepackaged food for the duration of repairs due to the lack of water.

In an email to faculty members, Mefford stated that repairs are underway; however, it is unknown when they will be finished. Repairs continued through Tuesday, when portable toilets for staff members were set up behind the kitchen.
