Brahmas crush the Cavaliers

In the first game of Mt. Baldy League competition, the Brahmas brought home another win against the Montclair Cavaliers, 49-13.

Though Montclair  had a higher average of both points and passing yards going into the game statistically, the Brahmas were able to defeat the home team behind the running  of junior Josiah Hunter, who scoring three touchdowns. Senior quarterback Dylan Karanickolas and junior Blake Davis also contributed touchdowns.  

Senior Leo Carreon led the defense with nine tackles along with senior Matt Dipalma and junior Daniel Solis, who each added  six tackles. Overall, the Brahmas are 3-3 for the season.

Hunter was on fire in the  game, running for 189 yards and scoring 3 out of the 5 touchdowns in the game. The two other touchdowns were run in by Karanickolas and Davis adding on to the Brahmas’  high score.    

In the Homecoming game on Friday, the Brahmas will be going up against Chino.
